The International Bar Association Technology Committee has released its latest podcast. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kevin Pomfret, an attorney and Executive Director of the Centre for Spatial Law and Policy, about the growing legal complexity surrounding the use of geospatial data and the challenges that it presents for lawyers and policy makers.
